This Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our full Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at admin@daynasplace.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping costs, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns

4. How to Return
To initiate a return, email admin@daynasplace.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. Do not return items without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition

Downloadable digital products once accessed

Products purchased on final sale

6. Refund Method and Timeframe
All approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days from the date we receive and process your return for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside Australia are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import charges incurred in returning the item. Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) to your original payment method; any currency conversion differences applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control. Import duties or taxes paid on your original order are not refundable by us and may need to be claimed through your local customs authority, where applicable. Please allow additional time for international returns to be received before your refund is processed.
